Mediterranean flavors in the center of Ferrara

The poetry of Mediterranean cuisine has found its home in the center of Ferrara, ever since the historic city of the Este family encountered Daniela’s dishes. Together with her team, she works day after day in search of new flavors, finding inspiration in carefully selected and sought-after ingredients.

A menu designed down to the smallest detail, featuring seafood typical of the Mediterranean. Peace and quiet and escape from the stresses of modern life, with a glass of fine wine and dishes that will surprise you.

She brings with her  Taranto origins, which he transfers to every creation in the restaurant. An Apulian soul devoted to delicate, artistic cuisine and a refined search for the finest ingredients.

Gianfranco Cuscela

Maître

His dedication to catering has its origins in his youth, when he ran a jazz club for years with his wife Daniela in magical Puglia. From that experience, his mind traveled toward new dreams and new projects, bringing them to beautiful Ferrara and combining Gianfranco’s passion for wine with Daniela’s love of cooking.

His dedication to catering has its origins in his youth, when he ran a jazz club for years with his wife Daniela in magical Puglia. From that experience, his mind traveled toward new dreams and new projects, bringing them to beautiful Ferrara and combining Gianfranco’s passion for wine with Daniela’s love of cooking.

Martina Cuscela

Restaurant Manager

The daughter of Gianni and Daniela, she inherited her passion for catering from her parents. Today, she manages every detail of the dining room, conveying to customers the passion that lies behind the kitchen doors.

Sommelier

A professional AIS sommelier since January 2001, he has managed the wine cellars and wine lists of Ferrara’s most renowned establishments. For him, there is no wine that is not inextricably linked to the history of the winery that produced it. Every wine on our wine list has a story that goes beyond mere taste and smell, and he will thrill you by telling you all about it.
